Diploma in Fashion Technology and Design at EXPLORE EDUCATION provides in-depth, practical teachings in the process of garment designing. The course covers every aspect of fashion design, particularly focusing on students’ development in each subject involved.
Essential areas of designing like fashion illustration, concept-based dressmaking, and garment construction are key focuses for this course. Practical projects, field visits, and presentations are mediums of teaching for this course.
Students will also learn about the entire product development procedure from sampling to production, the prototype creation process, technology for designing and making patterns, and important techniques of working with different kinds of fabric.
By the end of the course, students will have a working knowledge of fashion products and the activities and professionals that contribute to their production at different stages.
The 6 months (24 weeks) diploma in fashion technology and design program focuses on the theoretical and practical exercises required to be a fashion designer.

- Anyone who is above 12 years can apply for this course based on their creative interest.
- Students must have a comprehensive command of spoken and written English for application in both a professional and commercial environment.
ASSESSMENT:
Informal assessment through discussion, group activities and final presentations as guided by the tutor.

Students who successfully complete the program will be awarded with Training Diploma in Fashion Design and Technology – issued by EEI . The course is approved by KHDA and can be attested by the authority.
